Interior lights and door ajar light required extra slamming of drivers door to go out for several weeks.
Transit connect doors wont lock.
Then you rotate the door lock cylinder clockwise not the key.
When the actuator gets the signal from the power door lock switch a small motor turns the gears.
Understand that mine is a ford focus as opposed to a transit but it s still a ford and so may be similar and definitely worth considering in the short term in order to make sure you dont lose out on.
Try opening the rear door driver side and operate the inside handle.
Leave key in the on position 2 program the fobs by pressing any key on the fob.
I bought new remote key fob on ebay and it did work properly on my ford transit lwb 2003.

2011 transit connect will not allow me to lock the doors anymore.
Then lock it all up as normal.
The doors locks will lock unlock 3 turn the key to off.

The actuator is a series of gears with a set of rack and pinion gears at the end.
This means that the fob will lock and unlock all the passenger doors and i have to manually unlock and lock the drivers doors.

If the lock cylinder does not rotate and it seems as if yours does not i am sure you thought of using some silicon spray.
